The law firm of Lipa Meir & Co. offers a full range of civil, corporate and commercial legal services. The firm is currently comprised of some forty four (44) attorneys, of which sixteen (16) are partners.

Departmental Division

The firm comprises several departments, in accordance with areas of specialization, the three principal of which are: a Litigation Department that engages in a wide variety of commercial litigation, headed by Advocate Alon Pomeranc; a Commercial Department engaged principally in M&A’s (local and cross-the-border), Corporate, capital market, liquidation, bankruptcy and debt reorganization schemes, insurance, Banking, tenders etc., headed by Advocate Uzi Mor; and a Real Estate Department, headed by Advocate Israel Aziel, which places emphasis on real estate transactions, in particular large scale transactions initiated by land developers.

The firm also boasts sub-departmental specialties, including PPP & BOT projects, Infrastructure and Energy, intellectual property, environmental law and labor law practices.
